Prior to joining Brinjac Engineering, Mr. Boscola served as the Director of Public Works for the County of Northampton, PA for seven years managing all aspects of the county public works programs and departments and supervised assignments involving the renovation, alteration, maintenance, repair and new construction of government facilities. His projects included a 70,000-sf addition to the Northampton County Courthouse; a $26 million prison expansion for inmate housing and administrative office space; a 911 operations center for handling emergency calls; and a 60-bed juvenile justice center.

A graduate of Villanova University, Villanova, PA with a M.S. and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Boscola is a registered Professional Engineer and a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
