HVAC systems commissioned included 500-ton multiple chiller plant, fire tube hot water boiler plant, primary/secondary chilled water distribution system, variable volume heating water distribution system, over 25 constant volume and variable volume air handling systems, variable frequency drives, fan powered VAV terminals, fan coil units, unit heaters, exhaust fans. Control system commissioned consisted of DDC throughout with pneumatic valve and damper actuation, head-end graphics on-site, and remote monitoring at County Central Energy Management Office.
